2008 EFLL Manager / Coach Evaluation Form

Each season the East Fullerton Little League Board of Directors asks parents and guardians to fill out a confidential manager evaluation. Please complete this form. It should only take a few minutes.

Your name on the form is optional, but encouraged. Your evaluations are used as a major part of the selection of coaches by East Fullerton Little League for fall and spring baseball seasons. All responses are held in the strictest confidence.

GAME SCORE / PITCH-COUNT REPORTING

MANAGERS / COACHES / SCOREKEEPERS:

Please, notice the tab on the left-hand menu for reporting your game scores and pitch-counts.

It's important that you report the score and pitch-counts to the league within 24 hours upon completion of your game.

Regardless of whether or not you're inputting your own team stats with scores and pitch-counts, you'll STILL be required to submit the information to the league.

Thanks.
